RINO Recording
First of all I want to deeply thank Josh Rael, Tyler Bills, and Tiffany Caryne for making the live recording sessions of Saturday's open house a success. Secondly thanks to everyone that stopped by for some up-close and personal time with these artists and also the "crack brownies" from Safeway. Seriously, what's in those things that make them so addictive?
Also a big thanks to Jimmy for helping get set up for the first session while we were still trying to get the last minute cleaning done. Everything went so smooth the entire day, I'm sure it would have been a battle had things not gotten off on the right foot.
One of the biggest things I noticed working with 3 artists over a 5 hour span is how the changing up kept my ears fresh and not tired after a couple of hours. I think it's a format that can work and I hope to try it with another event soon. Any ideas for the next RINO event would be very welcome. Any ideas for an event outside of RINO as well.
More than anything I want to use the good momentum from this event and springboard into the "next big thing." I very much enjoyed meeting new friends of the studio and hope to be working with many of them soon.
